These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to Section 9, exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie in the state and federal courts located in Will County, Illinois.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
